Our recycling program is that you have to buy blue bags and put your recycling in there, then the regular trash truck comes and takes them away with the regular trash and about 30 percent of those blue bags get sorted and recycled later, probably the ones that didn't break. People get mighty disgusted here and some refuse to comply at all. If they lived in our town I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
